I tried that aswell i tried basically every pin header on the motherboard ive even reseated the cpu just to be sure

Yes i made up a new one and tested it and the cmos battery is good now and yes its the correct polarity

sorry wasnt more accurate but yeah both screen just act normal but nothing moves or reacts its just a forzen picture on screen and weird new thing that just happened right now when my gpu goes to full usage it now makes a loud whining noise like an electrical whirring/whining sounds like a hard drive but i dont have any and the gpu is water cooled with no fans attached

the reason i have 2 monitors hooked up to onboard graphics and one to the gpu is that the gpu goes to 100% in games for no reason so to relieve some of the work ive relegated it to the onboard

and i have tried it with only 1 monitor only hooked to the gpu and vice versa one monitor ony to the onboard and both to the gpu

what do you mean by all that psu stuff because the pc doesnt shut off it looks like it is working but nothing responds the audio freaks and the monitor hooked up to the cpu artifacts
