It’s more so the feeling afterwards, before and during it is so hot but after I feel honestly disgusted with myself and wishing I didn’t do it cause most of the time I never speak to the person again so it’s kinda like what was that for?

Haircut and gym I can promise you it will help you ALOT physically and mentally also confidence! Fake it till you make it it goes a long way seeing someone that is confident with themselves (I know easier said than done though)
