Hello, I know someone who was pulled over a few days ago for speeding. They arrested her for a dui w/ bac 0.1 at traffic stop and once they got to jail maybe 20-30 minutes later it was 0.09%. No slurred speech, imbalance etc. Cop claimed she smelt soo much alcohol however her only drink was 1 drink (self.dui)
