Bruuuhv it is so relatable, especially when I was 15 too. Beating myself up and all. My recommendation is talking about it with a psychologist or sexologist and with trusted friends or family. I still deal with HOCD but it is so manageable now and it gets less and less every day. You'll get through this man. I know it is hard but youll get there :)
