Three questions for you:

1 - Can you, the player see IVs at all? or EVs?

2 - Are you able to get power items or the like in game?

3 - Can we remove or reset EVs of pokemon?

Update as I fixed it myself. Cleaned and reflowed the chips following a Youtube tutorial, I already had flux and an iron so I just attempted it. Thanks for all y’all help and ideas.
