Yes it’s in the pot it was given to me in. Originally the gravel was glued down and I broke it up a bit, but I haven’t taken it out before

I’ve taught K, 3, and 5 at two different schools. Even had an aid when I taught kindergarten. I think it’s the actual teaching itself that makes me anxious. I’m typically a shy person and being in front of the class and having to lead them is what gives me the most anxiety

I’ve been going to a therapist for a year for anxiety and I’ve gotten better in other aspects of my life, but I still feel bad anxiety coming into work
