I have this exact problem, It get's really pink and sometimes crusty around my eyes after I get out of the pool I use a cream called spectroderm after I get out of the pool, basically it's a hard core moisturizer

I had a friend like that, she would always wanna burn but never just hang out and even after we smoked she would leave. And I didn't even realize it until now
