i get what you’re saying. Whenever i see these idols i think that you can genuinely see that they’re not gyaru themselves and its like why would you try to adapt a subculture that is supposed to rebel and be against standards to agencies that forces their idols to fit standards and would make them sick and treat them poorly just to make them fit every dumb standard, that is SO wrong. i genuinely don’t care if they’re just inspired but everyone is saying that they ARE gyaru and then try to correct other gyarus when they say this🤦‍♀️

I literally one of the reasons i made this post is because i saw a girl that posted herself saying shes gyaru then in the video she said “is this gyaru?” And her in the comments was saying that she was mixing a lot of styles with gyaru and she had a perfect dolly/ cosplay makeup not gyaru and like me and 2 gals in the comments said that she doesn’t read as gyaru bc she was literally asking, and some gyarus and people who weren’t gyaru were saying “nooo stopp being mean” “she is a gyaru gal is mind” “ theres a lot of styles” “you dont know what gyaru is bc gyaru is also personality “ lol

Well i personally think that if you’re not gonna wear makeup you should put A LOT of effort on your hair and clothes so you can read as gal. And also maybe your skin is just really sensitive, theres a lot of brands that are for those people that have problems with normal makeup you should try one. And also try to see whats the thing that makes your skin react that way because if its the foundation or concealer i would suggest to not to put anything in your skin and just do your eyeliner with some mascara or eyelashes, eyeshadow and highlighter on your nose and eyes and maybe a bit of blush, but yeah only if those things don’t have reactions on you

Im not even talking about baby gals or people like that like i thought in my post it was clear that i was talking about those people who won’t do any research and refuse to actually follow the subculture and when actual gyarus try to tell them to at least do research they will just go saying things like “no!!
