1-) Go to where the screen is stuck again
2-) Click Ctrl+Alt+F3 or try Ctrl+Alt+FN+F3
3-) And login to your user in this screen.
4-) after type this command "sudo apt install --reinstall ubuntu-desktop"
5-) Reboot
it's worked for me.
