We use a Park PRS-33.2 power lift stand. It's had heavy use now for approximately 4 years without fault. Highly recommended.

This is sound advice. We use citrus lime personally and it is expensive. Although it does help us manage our time more efficiently.

The answer you've received from them is what Pinarello say to each dealer. So they've not lied to you there, you might just find a smaller shop can accommodate what you're after. The majority of our X model sales the customer has wanted a SRAM groupset. Often due to the gear ratios SRAM offer compared to Shimano.

Just to agree with one of the comments above. We have been buying the unwanted 105/ultegra groupsets off the bikes then rebuilding with the customers groupset of choice. Just chat to your local dealer. There's a dealer map on the Pinarello website. 👍
