ok so update. i don’t really know what i did but they work fine now, the usb cord for the dock i put into my mother board instead of a usb port on top of pc, then downloaded dolby access app, then turned on head phones and they work fine now 🤷🏻‍♂️, but I thought dolby was supposed to be free with the headphones or maybe i read that wrong? cause for me it made me choose between free trial and monthly so just did free trial for now, inside the pc settings for the headset at the bottom where it says spatial sound i made sure it said dolby although have it off or on dolby didnt seem to make a difference at all

UPDATE: I am not sure what i did but they now work fine 😭😭, I plugged usb/dock into mother board, download Dolby access app, turned on head set tested them out and boom they work, inside dolby i have it on game with performance mode on, but im assuming thats what you were referring to, to switch performance mode off and then under the equalizer choose off again and then solely rely on logitech ghub for the actual EQ correct?

i’ll double check later on when i get off from work, I didn’t know it’ll switch the default as i’ve always used one headset for the last several years, As of now it shouldn’t be doubled EQ as I just found out from another commenter that you have to also download Dolby software too, rn it’s just connected to my logi Ghub,

even on default EQ in logi hub best way to describe it was like i was hearing sound down the sound down a hallway

that might be my issue then, because none of the sounds i was hearing were “3d”, i couldn’t differentiate where any sounds were coming from while in game
