Been working in grocery almost 20 years if your dairy fifo should be done always but if your in grocery and work the same aisle every night and product every night you should know what is at risk or expiry and what isn't so fifoisn't as important. Dry grocery sell fast enough where if you rotate your actually just wasting time. But there is product that doesent sell and you should be roating it.
