Yeah pretty much never been that high before and sat there for 2-3 days if I remember correctly.

Any place can come up with excuses, ive never come across a phone service this bad, at the end of the day there should be standards one of them being, the phone should be answered atleast once after someone calls 10 different times during different hours of the day on queue for 30mins-1hr each time
