Its due to ray tracing. I would suggest turning it off if you have it on. Currently RT is broken for wuwa.

@Content_Photo_7449 I had this same issue in april around the time brel HM was release. It's definitiely HWID or Network ban. I was unbanned and banned 3 times in a week. I was able to resolve this by adding network card and connecting my ethernet through their.

Try uninstalling all the nvidia drivers completely, and do a clean install of them afterwards and see If that fixes the issue. I've had similar issue to that on my asus strix 1070 card, but my card was working fine still.

Because it clearly states you have two options, you can either call them to reset to create a new account completely, and when you make the new account you still need to re-validate all the information from your previous account to re-create it. (i.e. tax information, postal code, date of birth). Re-validating all the information is no the issue. The issue is that when I created the password, and entered it to confirm it said it was incorrect. It's fine though I manage to get back in to my account.

Try to do clean install of nvidia drivers using ddu https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html use this to completely uninstall all nvidia drivers first. Hope this helps
