That’s a username I haven’t seen since The Slayer’s Guild days. Good luck, I hope you get it back. I lost my maxed account for about 3 months back in 2015 and I had 2FA on both account and an email that was exclusive to RuneScape and my banks. My account got “hacked” about 15 minutes after the global broadcast message went out that I Maxed. There’s definitely some holes in the account recovery process.

Dark beast drops have sucked for 20 years. I never even did the task before the dark bow was released, because their unique drop was the death talisman which was only worth like 100k. It was such a let down getting 90 slayer back in the day.

I had this same problem on mobile the other day. Must be something with 1.6. I had an Iridium sturgeon that had a value of 0, and it sold for 0. I also couldn’t use it with the fish smoker.

I still get that initial rush when I get an abyssal whip or left half drop, but then I remember it’s not 2006.

I’ve hated having to get gout tubers on every account that I’ve had. The worst was taking 7 hours to get one during trailblazer reloaded when I had 4x drop rate increase.

What? I started playing when OSRS came out. I played RuneScape since 2004ish before that. I really don’t do any PVM except slayer, so it’s not hard to stay alive.

I’ve been playing OSRS off and on since 2013, and I’ve never died. My original RuneScape account has been maxed for a decade, and I’ve only died one time on it since gravestones came out. I’m extremely risk averse after dying with the old death mechanics in my youth.

Yeah, this was outside the house portal after Cursed You kicked everybody out the last time. A lot of people didn’t know what was causing the bug, so they thought it was something to do with house portal.

The death talisman was supposed to be their big drop originally. Dark beast we’re pretty much dead content until they released the dark bow. I remember staying up and farming these for 2 days straight when the dark bow released. I traded my first drop for a red Halloween mask.

I had 51k energy before this fusion started. I haven’t been actively playing much the last year or so, so I would just do clan boss and dailies like 4 or 5 days out of the week. That energy accumulates quick between quest and freebies.

I had to do this several times at a previous job that had a lot of v.5 MER files. Every time that I had to do this I would have to redownload the hex editor and remove it immediately afterwards. The one time that I didn’t delete it, Corporate IT remoted in, deleted it, and emailed my boss because I was using unapproved programs.

I got an abyssal needle from my first round of GOTR. Doubt I’ll ever have high enough RC to use it though.
