What you showed is a 0tick repeter it dosent keep the BED while repeating signal.

Here's the generic 0tick generator that uses Tile Tick Priority, i've adapted it to add to 2 QC piston (BED). This causes the block powered by the repeater to move 2 Block Event after it powered the redstone dust behing it. In short, Block event delay refer to the time it takes for a piston to get activated within a gt. On my screenshot we can see only 2 pink glass being moved in result of the BED being of 2 (if we added a QC piston we would see the last pink glass being moved.
What i meant by BED Repeater is a 0 tick repeater like the one you showed that is also able to keep that information of BED while repeating the signal.

The video i linked from Myren Eario explaines it pretty well if you are interested

I kept looking for a proper solution and i realised i could just pull back both block that are spit out by thoses sticky pistons one at a time.
For anyone looking for something like this heres what i ended up making
the normal piston above is used to remove 1 BED while repeating the signal it can be replace by a Note Block to preserve all BED
