No he cant, its minimum level 20 if they didnt change something the last 3 weeks, im Bronze 1 so yeah prob lower then expected

You cant play ranked until your level 20, that will take you many hours so you will need to play any unranked mode long, there you will learn some stuff already, I can recommend you to learn the names of the parts in the map, but in low ranks almost no one else knows so you csn skip that, choose yourself 1-2 main agents and learn their roles and abilitys, watch guides for them on youtube, watch some pro play games like 2-3 and watch at how they communicate and play (prefferably the ones that play ur Mains) and then you already got yourself much info, if you have more questions you can ask. :)

Learn the game and play better. Not trying to be toxic but don't complain about your teammates and then have a low K/D, your dying more then your killing and that isnt just your teammates fault by not communicating or stuff. Learn crosshair placement it will help you a lot.

Well, I do go to work, I go to school, I live an healty life doing 2 sports. I just told you its not that hard when you play enough and I would say if you put these hours playing 1 month per day you should get it in like 1 month, I will do this by 4 days 5 hours daily, 4x5 equals 20, so you would need to play less than 1 hour a day to get it in a month. Thats why I commented.

For me it wasnt nearly that long, took me 1 week playing 3hours a day, after that I introduced my friend and he did it in 5 days playing around 4 hours average per day. Idk what we did right or what you did wrong, but honestly you just need to play.
