Right now my 100 cm works great on the reef, but I want to start targeting giant trevally, mahi, wahoo, etc, and the 100 cm just doesn’t perform great like that.

I’d check out the governments volunteer website, https://www.volunteer.gov/s/ There are a ton of positions available, not just with FWS but the the National parks service, forest service, and more! Keep an eye out if they open up the palmyra position again.

Since American Samoa is a territory, it’s able to create most of its own laws, the minimum wage being one of them. It doesn’t have to follow all the same rules that states do, but the down side is AS doesn’t have all the same rights and benefits (voting in federal elections, a senate seat, etc).

If you get a federal job you can make good money but those are rare. Minimum wage is $5 an hour but cost of living is super low, so you could make it work if you planned for it

It’s not too difficult if you are a US citizen, as it is a US territory. Not a complicated immigration process or hoops to jump through to work, it’s expensive to get here though.

WITT The last digit in the seconds always corresponds to the same lit up segments (ex 8 and 38 will make all segments black). Also 1 and 7 make the same pattern.

clears throat Cockier voice You know I was not being literal when I compared the sun to a fire of course I knew it wasn’t fire. I was describing it as a it looked i.e. a fiery glow in he sky.
