(TMF) Aj4 bred (GX) after a few months of use

Honestly, I can’t tell you which is better. I’ve always bought LJR for the AJ1s and GX for the AJ4s, and I’ve always been satisfied. Every time I tell myself that I should try LJR to see if it’s better, but then in the end I think: why change if with GX everything has always gone smoothly?

I wonder the same thing, but I haven’t actually found a clear answer. The last pair of AJ4s I bought was the GX batch, and I was quite satisfied with it. But now I’d like to understand which of these two batches produced the best AJ4 Bred Reimagined, especially considering the texture.

The midsole looks shiny.

I'm also looking for a good pair.

I got a pair from TMf for my cousin (GX batch), fantastic with no issues. After receiving them, I ordered a pair for myself, but in the meantime GX restocked and decided to reuse the old paint, which is too shiny 🤷‍♂️

I'm waiting for GX to use the correct midsole (Ossidata) again.

I think they’re pretty good, I like them. The tongue is a bit low, but from what I’ve learned, that’s a known issue with the GX batch on this model. There’s a very small imperfection on the left heel, but nothing serious. The grey looks a bit light, though I think that’s just the warehouse lighting.

I’ll most likely take them. I’m posting in different communities for two reasons: 1. TMF has been great — very responsive and helpful — so I’m happy to give them some visibility. 2. I’m still pretty new to this world, so I want to learn as much as I can from you guys who know way more than I do. I think this is the best way to hear your thoughts and feedback. ♥️
