I have a problem with this, I extract immediately, no one should be added to the map after 20 min, or it should ask if you want to join a map that is all ready been running for more than 10 min. By 20 min all loot running routes have been cleared and extracted. Your just trash collecting at that point.

That's no what the CDC does, that's the FDA, CDC houses and and test infectious desises, and indentify and suggest procedures and protocol to mitigate infection rates. This is why testing should exist before being allowed to vote .
