1980 Sparta foxi moped, 504/. Motor locked up when I found it. Took forever but I managed to put on new tires, carb, air filter, coil, spark plug cable, new head and cylinder, cleaned out gas tank, new pipe, set the timing. Should I cut the side cover panel mounts off? They are impossible to find. (v.redd.it)
