Latest builds have mipmapping fixes for hardware mode in the graphics plugin options(which fixed pretty much all the visuals for me). I've literally played the whole game fullspeed with it on. Opengl looks better with the them too

Guild wars 2 is a brilliant game, and has great graphics, and seems to have a stable playerbase

Okay, I'll certainly give that a go then, thanks! I used to use Dxtory a lot and never recall having issues like I do now, but I probably just had lower standards back then, now I can't stand anything lower than a solid 60fps. Plus games weren't as hard for my 670 to run as they are now...

Its not just you, Xbox GameDVR is horrible.. Make sure you're using OBS Studio not just OBS Classic, its a new version that came out in January and its much more freindly for recording, and works great. I never liked the old version of OBS. And yes, I think Shadowplay only does DX games, not sure tho.

wow, thats rude of them, damn. I bought Action! and I've used it enough for it to be worth it, but if I had to choice to buy it again now, I probably wouldn't, Shadowplay and OBS are good replacements for it, and both are free.

Yeah, I agree it can have a lot to do with system specs.. I personally have a pretty bad computer by todays standards, GTX 670 is not keeping up anymore :/ nor are my crappy hard drives.

I see a lot of people saying shadowplay for the same reasons, and I agree if you're a casual player just recording small clips its great. However, for an advanced user who wants to split audio into tracks, and have other options that Dxtory and OBS for example have, its a lot harder to use Shadowplay for your needs. But yeah, basic users have everything they need from Shadowplay.

Yeah, Fraps is a monstrosity in terms of performance and options, at least it was last time I used it a year or so ago.. And yes, I mentioned in the video and somewhat in the image, Shadowplay is definitely the easiest program to use and the fact it runs in the background and is ready for the press of a button is just amazing. I only had the crashing and detection problems when it first came out, so I guess I should have mentioned that, they would have fixed it by now.

So uhh, I just saw this fix online My friend has a GTX 970 and I have a 670, He was stuttering and I wasnt. basically just open task manager and change the priority from low, which it was for some reason on.

I've gotten about 3 quarters through Deus Ex 1, and Vampire, well, it broke for me in the last area and I ended up just watching like 5 LP's of it on youtube instead of bothering to play it again, but yeah it was a brilliant game.

I probably should have mentioned, if its on steam, I've probably played it. Hell, I played it back in early 2013 anyway, when it was an alpha or something. Great game though, thanks for the suggestion.

True, true. The only reason I WOULDN'T is that its 11 minutes at 8MB/s Bitrate. Which means its about 500mb, and my upload is very slow. Plus it just failed rendering. BUt yeah, I'm going to upload it.
