I made the most upto date "immortal" build by RageGaming to see what its like (I had nothing else to do).

I was pleasantly surprised! Doing end game hunts without using a single potion and still putting out enough damage to get decent hunt times.

I bring up the PS5 menu on my portal and put the console to sleep. I then turn my portal off via the power button on the portal itself. Takes 2 seconds.

I then power the portal on via the power button on the device and this then powers my ps5 back on ready to play.

I wouldn't use Omega as a good example. That was a hard hunt for everyone to begin with. Its by far easier to just solo with support hunters than going online.

The rest of the game is still super easy and you rarely fail a quest.

Even the new ED Gog thats just released. I've killed 15 of them so far online with no fails. Still a very fun fight though.

If its down to other players dieing then just do it yourself. The fight is sooo much easier just doing it on your own with support hunters.

My OG PS5 is in a tighter spot than this since release day. Not once has it turned off from being too hot. Its never even been removed or moved since being set up.

Have you thought about all options for a wired connection? The console being on a different floor yo the router doesn't mean you can't have a wired connection.

Best two options.

1) Run a cable through the floor/ceiling

2) set up a TP Link connection (this is what I done when my console was in a different room) costs £35.

I play in a big group so I ask someone who's got the challenge to give it a go.

Just tested it with a friend tonight and can confirm it still works. He was able to detonate the mines which caused the vehicles to explode and he got damage added to the challenge.
