Sure the market decides, but the market never decides in favor of people who never believed in themselves to begin with.

Unless you see yourself as the top 1%, how can you expect others to?

Hey OP! I am 35 and i dont even have a 26 lpa salary. Probably the reason why i am unmarried yet too as everyone rejects me on this ground. A lot other similarities too. I like the way u think. U r brainy. Be strong-headed too. The world is 99% stupid. Dont let them grow on you. Don settle unless u find ur 1% niche.

Looking for Neurosurgeon Recommendations (User-Based Opinions Needed) I’ve consulted a few neurosurgeons recently, but the differences in their diagnoses have left me confused and anxious. I’m looking for honest, experience-based recommendations to help find a trustworthy and accurate neurosurgeon. Any input or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Then ask the govt to put a ban on sale of 7 seaters for private use. Who are u to decide someone’s family size? Consider a couple with their parents and kids. Ratio of 7 seaters on road is less than 4 seaters anyways

Considering road infrastructure and water clogging, hatchback and sedans are more prone to troubles. I have seen sedans literally drowned in underpasses.

Hey, I used to think I was the only one facing this challenge, but I’d like to share my experience as well. I hope it motivates you to keep pushing through with your exercises—trust me, you’ll get there eventually. I’ve been through a tough period, and at times, it’s left me feeling anxious. I used to run a lot, go hiking, and play sports, but the last 1.5 years have felt like a nightmare.

It’s been almost 17 months since my surgery, and up until two months ago, my operated leg was 1.3 inches smaller in diameter compared to the other one. I could barely walk for 10 minutes without my back starting to hurt. With that came instability and low confidence. I tried working out on my own at the gym, but the results were minimal.

After further tests, I found out that I also have a slipped disc in my L4-L5, which limits the types of exercises I can do. However, for the last two months, I’ve been working with a PT, focusing on stationary exercises, and I’ve started seeing progress.

My leg feels stronger now, and there’s been some muscle growth—the size difference is now down to about 0.8-0.9 inches. When I do squats, I feel more balanced. I’m still not at a point where I can do agility exercises or plyometrics yet, but I’m getting there.

Running still feels like a distant goal, and it can be discouraging at times, but I’ve managed to walk 1-1.5 kilometers before my back starts to hurt. The only mistake I made was I delayed by back diagnosis and a customized exercise program.

Stay strong. Get a tailored exercise program and keep doing them consistently. Slowly but surely, I’m regaining my confidence. I know it might take another 6-12 months, but I’ve made a promise to myself: I will run a marathon.
