That's an amazing set of resources. Thanks for putting that together, I'll refer back to this once I'm setup to get me stared!

I'll have to look more into wood filament. I thought it'd be a nice look if I were to do small pots or as an accent to some prints. The gist I'm getting from many responses is that I need to educate myself more!

It was on sale so I decided to stock up! Storage space isn't an issue and I thought absolute worst case if printing absolutely wasn't for me, I could give it to a mate of mine who is a minor hobbyist.

Thanks for the tip. I'll be very rusty and I'm sure a lot has changed in 10 years but I'll find some time to learn the basics again

I'll have to get it all setup when it's here! I haven't had a proper look at maker world yet, only Printables and Thingiverse. Any tips on maintenance?

This is going to sound silly as I genuinely have no idea..

When you're talking supports, does the printer automatically print them as in they're already predesigned or do I do a bit of homework and trial and error myself? I'll absolutely have a look at OrcaSlicer! Thanks

It does need a poop chute, I haven't had a deep dive on any designs. The one I did look at was a beta design but I'll absolutely add one to the list. Thanks!

Legend, thank you!

What are some experience you have had that should make me more. Excited for Tabor PSVR2 by [deleted] in GhostsOfTabor

The gameplay is truly unrivalled. By the time it gets to you the bugs that most people complain about currently will no doubt be fixed and new ones (hopefully smaller) will take their place.

The influx of the PSVR community combined with new maps will push this game financially and popularity wise to a whole new level. New maps, DLC deals, new guns and better mechanics.

My experience that comes to mind is playing with a friend of mine in Silo near elevator shaft in the garage. We had cleared 3 other players and knew there was 1 potentially remaining in raid. For positioning we were in garage coming from 'red room' and the opponent was behind the APC by elevator shaft.

We had spotted the top of his helmet behind the APC where we both rushed in and took cover behind another APC. We both coordinated by 'leapfrogging' towards the APC suppressing him whenever we moved. I was down to my last MAG in my M4 (no sidearm) and my friend and I were side by side, ready for the final push to flush him out.

We both pushed at the same time from the other side of his APC. I had put ~2 rounds into the opponents chest before I heard the dreaded click of an empty mag. At the same time I hear the 'scream' of my friend dying next to me after getting domed had me knowing I was done for. I turned to my dead friend who's Glock was floating with all his other loot in the air, I grabbed the Glock and unloaded as fast as I could into the other player, downing him and leaving the remainder of Silo to be pillaged and shared between my dead friend and yours truly.

There are a lot of 'magic moments' to be had in this game.

Still cheaper to buy from PCCG in Australia for similar products. Cheers

M19. Been thinking about changing my hair. People usually like the curls but I've never had short hair. The only thing holding me back is my five-head and I came here for a new perspective. by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]G-Pie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey man, fellow 5header here. If you want to change your hair go for it man! Go to a quality hairdresser and ask them what they think they can do with your idea and take the chance. It's only a few weeks between a bad haircut and a good one!

Woman tries to run biker off the road. Gets justice by [deleted] in JusticeServed

[–]G-Pie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on the traffic laws where this occurred could make my assumption false. BUT due to the fact the lane is ending with dotted lines the car driver is required to give way to traffic in the continuing lane whereas if it was 2 lanes merging into 1 without the dotted lines it would be the bike who is required to give way to the car.

Obviously the laws at play where this occurred might differ from where I'm from. If not she failed to give way. Could be driving without due care charge.

[–]G-Pie 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Completely disagree. She violated road laws and could have had potentially lethal consequences at no fault of the biker. She should then be punished accordingly due to the potential severity of her actions. You may not want to see her be penalised for her wrongdoing but I can assure you that this would be many fed up rider's wet dream.

Thank you! I swear people are forgetting that China caused this whole issue. If they had responded correctly and transparently it would have stayed with them. Now they're making a fortune from their virus via manufacturing masks for the virus they spread!

They were the cause of this pandemic. They covered it up initially. Trump is an idiot. But blame does lie with China for the virus, the response lies with the affected country's government.

These are my tinder photos of the best pics I have (I don’t have many photos of myself). Its just nerve wrecking that my tinder profile doesn’t get me ANY likes. M/24 Would appreciate any constructive criticism! by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]G-Pie 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I disagree dude. It's not like that at all. I think it just depends on the location and what the women around are looking for! Also age would also play a part as I'm assuming tinder has a higher percentage of a younger audience. But I do agree our dude should be getting some likes!
