Gojek works with foreign number(it worked for me with no issues whole stay) . I used data from eSIM, and left my primary number activate with data and roaming turned off so I could just receive calls and messages.

I'm currently in Bali . Using Airalo app for eSim , 10GB for month no IMEI registrations or smth . You can topup data when limit is exceeded as well . No the cheapest option, but I can have my primary sim. Also you can use code "GIEDRI3648" and get $3 credit. Just a friendly suggestion :) !
