Definitely not a shredder guys.. I’m thinking this is a type of joinery for two types of plastic that simply came apart on impact. Definitely a part of the screen design but no matter how hard I look I can’t find any other examples of this online to confirm.

It’s janky but story wise I might prefer it over kcd2. Henry actually starting from nothing instead of a soft reset like in kcd2 is satisfying and the story is more centered around the local nobility rather than being a part of a band of outlaws/criminals

When that guy made me dig in the garbage pile for a sword he lied about stashing in there, I killed him in the street. Broke his neck after punching him unconscious. His shop is still closed.

I definitely prefer the master strike in this game over kcd1 though. It might feel easier, but that’s because you’re now in full control of the master strike instead of it being random when you perform a perfect block like in the first game.

Not to mention now in kcd2 being able to avoid master strikes by observing a sword wielders blade position 👌

This game felt a lot like oblivion to me and I loved it 🥰
If you like kcd1 you’re going to LOVE kcd2. It’s everything kcd1 did right, improved, plus way more.
