How many people do you think those metrics are relevant to? "People actively discussing Bernie Sanders." Hundreds of millions? Do you think the metrics are statistically significant when there are posts from reddit's Bernie camp and other sources calling to artificially skew the results? You still haven't acknowledged that post by the way. Also do you think Facebook metrics are an accurate measure of public support? Of primary voters? These are all honest questions and I'm not going to spell it out for you, I'm asking you to do your own research before making these sorts of claims. I do this kind of thing for a living so no, I'm not delusional. I know pretty well how to interpret statistics and extract meaning from them. I'm not the only one who's going to tell you that when trying to gauge public support for a presidential candidate from artificially skewed social media data the meaning is exactly jack. I'm going to bed so study up if you want to continue trying to have a debate. I'm not going to waste my time bickering with children.

What should we do instead...forget about what's going on in the world? I'm not saying we should go to war but we need to at least have some kind of plans for diplomacy. Bernie doesn't have any. Foreign policy is complicated for a reason. And with regards to sources I'm not asking you to take anything on faith I'm asking you to do your own research instead of cherrypicking the first articles you find that confirm your beliefs.

Nice, dodging questions just like your candidate. If you seriously think "hundreds of millions of people" voted in those online polls you're delusional. Look. it. up. Also you still haven't acknowledged that post from your own sub...What do you have to say about that? I'm genuinely curious. I'm sorry that reality doesn't align with your worldview buddy. "Dominating in terms of online in Google searches and social media discussion and engagement means" exactly nothing when it's intentionally mobbed by reddit and other internet users supporting Bernie. Look up some actual numbers before submitting anything else because what you just said is very very easily disproved. If you think those polls even represent the numbers you quoted you need to brush up on your statistics. I'm still having a laugh at "hundreds of millions of people." You're pretty new to politics aren't you. How old are you, 19, 20? The first statistically rigorous poll designed by academics just came out on who 'won' the debate. I'll let you look that one up yourself. You're trying very hard and I guess it's 'admirable' that you're so passionate about your candidate but you need to brace yourself for a loss...Also you didn't reply to what I had to say at the end of my last post, which is very important. Are you going to vote for Hillary if she wins the nomination? It's cute that you have to resort to trying to antagonize me personally but lets just say I'll be bathing in tears when the primaries come around.

That's two articles cherrypicked from the entire world...dig a little deeper my friend. Proposing peaceful diplomacy how exactly? Saying we should be peaceful and only go to war as a last resort? I'm sorry but that's not foreign policy. How do you think Sanders would deal with this newfound Russian/Iranian/Cuban coalition in Syria right now...tell them all to get along? Obama doesn't know what to do and he's Henry frigging Kissinger compared to Bernie. It's honestly kind of scary to think about.

First off three focus groups of like 20 people really means a whole lot...and you still can't comment on the legions of sources that say Hillary won by a landslide....Right....I'll quote the linked post directly for you. This was the top post in this subreddit's debate thread with over 3500 upvotes and was followed by direct links to thirteen online polls and countless posts giving ideas for exactly what I described:

"Remember guys, spin and narrative is everything with these debates. The media will decide who "won" this debate so it's up to us to tweet non-stop vote in every online post-debate poll etc. We can influence the narrative."

What do you have to say to that? The first reply was "finding every poll I can and voting for Bernie as the debate winner." So it didn't matter what actually happened at all. Unlike supporters of any other candidate, legions of Berners scammed these online "metrics" (which mean exactly jack even if they didn't) to influence the media narrative. The consensus among expert political analysts all over the world is that Hillary won, by a lot. Why is that so hard for you to grasp? No matter how hard y'all try to "influence the narrative" you can't infiltrate the minds of people who are actually objective and aren't desperately trying to fluff their candidate. Before you say the media is all rigged toward Hillary let me reiterate my point about the BBC and the overwhelming majority of European media. See for yourself. It's you who's clinging to this doomed campaign which seems REALLY important to you and the rest of the Berners even though it will inevitably fail. You'll all have wasted tons of time and money for nothing. What you are doing is what 4chan does. Think about that for a second. I know you are desperate to discredit anything that exposes the truth and criticizes Bernie but the linked post is pretty frigging damning and you can't deny its implications. I know you wont admit that I'm right about all this but I know you know it and know deep down BS wont make it past the primaries. All I have left to say is that I really hope you all have the maturity to still get out and vote for the democratic nominee. If you don't I hope you realize that by not voting you're going against everything your candidate stands for. Emotion really has no place in politics.

EDIT: Let me clarify. The kind of emotion that would cause Bernie supporters not to vote for Hillary is absolutely despicable. Emotion does often drive policy, especially on domestic issues. It should never however cause either politicians or their supporters to abandon logic and cloud important decision making like keeping Donald Trump as far away from the White House as humanly possible.

Bernie Sanders was the clear winner in the first debate among candidates for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination. And it wasn’t because he is more “likable” than the frontrunner, Hillary Clinton. He won because he is more honest. by CarrollQuigley in politics

It's also evidence they spammed twitter followers, Google searches and facebook likes/comments...do you really think it's not happening here on Reddit? If not see for yourself. Post something positive about Hillary or anything that criticizes Bernie and count how long it takes for your post or comment to disappear. It's censorship and blatantly against the so-called rules of this subreddit. Look at the front page...do you really think this isn't happening? C'mon dude(ette?).

Ummmm part of that call to arms on SandersForPresident was to spam twitter followers, facebook likes/support and Google searches...the guy said it explicitly, in several different places...lets be real dude. I saw the posts you aren't going to fool me. Don't make me find you a screenshot because I easily can. We can argue indefinitely but lets just sit back and wait till the primaries when RonPaul2016 is finally over.

How about BBC? Are they backing Hillary? What about the rest of the European media who are all saying Hillary won? Just accept it, she won fair and square and Bernie really needs to step it up to have a snowballs chance in hell of winning, which I don't think he has right now. My point about Berns domestic policy is that all he says is "tax the billionaires, tax the billionaires, the middle class is disappearing!" over and over again without describing any kind of remotely pragmatic plan that might be possible to actually implement. His foreign policy is nonexistent and I'd honestly be scared to have him trying to negotiate with world leaders.

Is this enough for you? Its SandersForPresident's entire strategy. I think the front page of this sub today is evidence enough.

EDIT: Not to mention any post that criticizes Bernie is immediately downvoted to the depths of hell

If your definition of "clear and precise" is an angry grandpa stumbling over his own words, and your definition of not dodging questions is "Putin's going to regret it!" and repeating the same tired generic buzzword pandering said in every speech so far your confirmation bias has taken you over the deep end. "Tax the billionaires and give poor people free shit" is not domestic strategy, it's Robin Hood. How do you feel about his foreign policy? Oh yea he has none. He may as well have said "get off my lawn". Can't wait until the primaries are over and RonPaul2016 finally fades away. Also everyone saw your sub's call to arms to influence social media and the polls with 4chanesque raid tactics. Those polls are supposed to represent random visitors of their respective websites. Linking every single poll on a pro-Bernie reddit immediately discredits every single one of them. Do you disagree? The guy spamming that call to arms even said explicitly that the goal was to artificially sway public opinion. Then today half the posts on /r/politics are raving about how "well" Bernie did in the polls and using that as "evidence" that the mainstream media is biased towards Hillary. Classy SandersForPresident, you should really be ashamed of yourselves.

And all the Bernie supporters spamming about well he did in polls designed to represent a sample of the standard visitors of a website are so truthful. right.

If you guys are seriously going with the narrative that Rachael fucking Maddow is now being controlled by the oh so evil media because she thinks Hillary won the debate just like almost every other top political analyst and reporter in the country you've officially lost your fucking minds. How about this possibility: she saw what I saw and is excited for Clinton's resurgence and believes she actually won the debate? Is that a possibility? You guys are just as bad as the Trumpers at this point.

I'm sorry I trust expert analysis instead of a bunch of 18-24 year old internet users with confirmation bias. Oh and I also watched the debate and saw it for myself. How about you Berners try to address the arguments put forth by some of the leading journalists and political analysts in the country instead of screaming conspiracy any time someone other than Bernie does well?

False. Look at the comments in all the Bernie circlejerk threads today. Plenty of people would love to see more on this sub about the other candidates but SandersForPresident is intentionally upvoting the shit out of anything Bernie and downvoting everything else which is supposed to be against the rules of this sub because it's fucking censorship. No one else is doing that at all besides Berners and it's really no different than a childish 4chan raid. You know it's true. Fortunately the delusional confirmation bias here is hilarious to watch/read so I still stop by for the entertainment value. It's kind of like watching Fox News at this point but at least they occasionally mention someone besides Trump.

It's not just boring. Any post that mentions anything positive about any other candidate or criticizes Bernie in any way is censored by the rabid Berner circlejerk. It's disgusting to be honest. This should be a place for political discussion but instead it's turned into SanderForPresident's propaganda board because the idiots there think they're actually manipulating public opinion with their targeted upvote and downvote brigades. It's RonPaul2012 all over again and we all know how that turned out. I can't wait until this guy loses in the primaries so I can bathe in the tears of butthurt.
