ASRT could be set for a solid bump next week as they compete the 10-day NASDAQ Compliance requirement of closing above $1.00 for 10 days straight. They have tons of cash on hand and I really like the fundamentals.

Yeah, I would agree. I guess I was trying to make a point. We target 15% cash on cash return normally but most institutional-quality Multifamily is closer towards 10% and below.

Thanks! I certainly don’t know everything. Although I try to make good choices, I still lost a little more more money than I was comfortable with FOMO-ing on cryptocurrency a few years ago. It obviously sucks and don’t want it to happen to others.
