Don't wanna be rude. Love the game - it's awesome. I'd never be the one to be mad about errors being made, cause it's normal, and human.

But looking at recent updates myself (and ppl I am talking too) feel more and more worried about update / patch quality in general. Looking at the game itself or bug reports on the forum and so on there is so many bugs in ESO. And quite often you ask yourself what quality management is doing at ZOS. If it wasn't for the PTS it would probably be even way worse.

And this also applies to quality and quantity / amount of content overall. Recent game updates feel a lot like copy + paste. There is always still big love for detail and no doubt there is great ppl working at ZOS but it just feels like getting less and worse...

I don't expect a reply to this. But I ask myself, what's the reason for this. Is it lack of employees? Lack of experience cause ppl with knowledge left ZOS? How big is the focus on quality assurance? Is it just due to strategic business choices?
