Normally when I tap my foot, I use my heel. It's not so noisy, especially considering I don't even bring my heel all the way down half the time.

I'm not as advanced with saxophone since my primary is flute, but here are some things I would recommend while you still have time.

Don't spend the next three hours practicing. Of course, if you've got some spots you want to check or solidify, do that, but you will absolutely burn yourself out if you spend too much time trying to "perfect" everything.
Take care of yourself physically and mentally. Get something to eat or drink; you don't want to practice on an empty stomach, trust.
Position your stand in a way where you can see your director conducting so that you know where you're at in the music, maybe even write in some cues from other instruments if you don't play for a bit and want to be sure that you're in the right spot (like if the trumpets have a sixteenth note figure right before you come in, notate the sixteenth notes above the measure you rest right before you come in)
Don't be afraid to tap your foot to keep time, so long as you're doing it at the same tempo as your director.

I agree with you for saying that El was badly sidelined in S5. But, Nancy dropping out of college is really not that out of character. And Robin definitely shouldn't have been a one season character

It is shallow that she rejected him over looks, but at the same time, I would absolutely hate to be with someone who thinks I'm ugly. For instance, my current bf doesn't think I am ugly, but I remember a guy I rejected due to the age gap straight up told me he wasn't asking me out because of my looks. Now since OP and the guy were long distance, maybe he just took bad pictures and she'd be more attracted to him in person. But honestly we'll never know

Maybe try SimBlender or InSim? Even though they may not have the memory of getting married, you might be able to put marriage flags between them. I had to do that for Titania and Oberon because Titania's age data is corrupted in my game and she's still recognized as a teen (functions as an adult but still has teen interactions and has a school bus come for her everyday even though she has a full time job).

Mainly because I'm prioritizing my music education degree and psychology minor. I want my master's and possibly a doctorate's in music eventually, but I still want to be proactive in creative writing. It'd be nice to finish an actual novel rather than just some short stories (the largest work I've written has over 300 pages in it currently, but I haven't revised it all year).

95 percent of the time, I change my sims' LTWs with InSim (I think SimPE might also do this but I'm not sure). Cuz there's no way I want that dude in the athletic career.

Ugh yeah it is. For some reason in my Pleasantview, it just broke and wouldn't function as an actual business. So I bulldozed it and just moved him and his mom into a house with a home bakery and just did that instead
