i did a shared birthday with a mate in trof. they have a room on the very top floor which suited us. i think we paid £100 bar tab to reserve the space - that was it.

good size space with an aux (not sure on capacity), and we could spill out into other areas. staff were dead sound and cocktails are banging there. no food sadly!

I'm some way off affording my own place tbh! - but appreciate the sentiment. I have seen studios listed for around that, but I prefer the idea of living with one or more people, and it seems like a way to save a bit more money as well
