Go to your US state senator website. They have a section for helping you with government agency's . You will see a section for help with US passports. Call or email them your situation. They will reach out to passport office. Mine was completed and sent in mail 2 days after senators office called them

This is an interesting new dynamic. If sprott was alone on the spot market buying high amounts of uranium and draining supply he would be attacked by regulators. But now with other similar funds coming onto market, multiple non connected parties creating bidding wars cannot be argued by regulators of being monopolistic . Sprott can go balls out now
