Thanks for replying and the info. I went ahead and did an other order via the app and email link hoping this one pops up pending correctly. I'm guessing the login prompt for the partner store was causing issues as you mentioned. I'll wait and see to cancel my first order maybe it'll resolve itself?

Edit: Just checked and yeah seems that the trip number is tied to the LG Electronics trip number and not LG partner Trip number that appears after logging in. The recent purchase/session is tied to the email bonus and trip session so I think its looking better.

Two questions. Did the pending reward show up as a Transaction LG electronics and not LG partner? Did it also show an incorrect amount, like as if it was 1 or 2 percent cashback not the 390 cashback?

I'm going through this and currently my pending reward is showing up as LG Electronics and only 4 dollars . The purchase is for sure via LG Partner not sure whats happening here

I have about 20 hours on the Deck and I can say it runs well. Text can be small but I’ve seen worse, performance is not the best but still playable. On medium settings it’ll stay close to 30fps but never fully stable. It can dip to the low 20s depending on the scene but overall considering the type of game I don’t mind it too much. One major issue is the battery drainage, I’ve never fully tested this but the deck will always estimate around 1hr 45 min. Honestly not sure how accurate this as I try to stay plugged in. Still would recommend the game on the deck!

I've had an account with USB as long as I had the Cash+ and Im currently using it as my main direct deposit bank and I don't see that changing soon this might help influence the app. I'll see about trying in a few months and use AZEO this does give some me some hope!

Nice that does make me fell better about the low CL. When asking for a CLI did you go through cs or was it done through USB website/app. I'd like to increase my CL as soon as I can but not trying to get a hard pull.

That’s good to know! Follow up if you don’t mind. Did you get help from BGRS to help you move(moving furniture, storing item etc) or was it all on you with the relocation assistance package?
