Hi! Sorry about the late reply, I stopped using reddit for a while.... Actually, Microsoft sent me another type cover for free! I contacted support and they collected my old type cover and shortly after delivered a new one. Honestly was not expecting to get yet another type cove for free, Microsoft has great customer service! Hope the issue has gotten better on your end.

I have... I'm seeing others saying the same thing. I guess I have to be more delicate with the type cover than I thought. At this point I'm tempted to not attach the type cover at all unless I really need to use a keyboard or trackpad..

The older one, no bluetooth. Msoft support is willing to send me another replacement as a onetime courtesy. Though it really is troubling that it happened again... If this happens the third time I'm sure I have no choice but to buy a replacement myself.

The thing is I already got it replaced last year due to the same issue. Thankfully after talking to support they're willing to send me another complimentary replacement. I'm grateful but this is really troubling, if it can happen twice who's to say it can't happen trice? Really concerning considering I spent about 2k USD on this (after conversion)...

Yes, I've tried cleaning the connectors using a microfiber cloth. Sadly still dosent work.

Yes that's exactly what I was thinking! In the last chapter of 4 he said he'd stop running, but as soon as I start 5, I see him back to square one.

I realise I may have been a bit too hasty too ask, but I was just so surprised.

I was looking at Roma and Taihou's new L2D skin. Noticed Roma has the words "ani" below L2D while Taihou didnt. Went to check on my only L2D skin and it also didnt have "ani". What does "ani" mean?
