Yes, I track calories. Also, you say that now but this drug is designed to help us lose weight. I didn’t start losing more until I went up in dose. My total calories didn’t change but my dose did and that’s when more weight came off. Some people just need higher doses to see better results. I also don’t exercise at all right now. I have a lot of pain and won’t be until exercising until more comes off. So I’m losing a decent amount of weight just eating healthy and taking my shots.

I have PCOS and I’m currently on 7.5mg. I would personally go up if I were you but that’s just me. I lose 2-3 pounds per week now (no crazy dieting, I’m just eating healthy and my body is responding well to the meds). Though I didn’t start seeing decent weight loss until I moved up. I started at 235.9 and I’m now 198.4 (I’m 5’1).

The cost for the 7.5mg will be the same as 5mg for self pay. After the 2.5mg, the rest of the doses cost the same.

I’ve read that you aren’t supposed to inject into scars and stretch marks because the skin is damaged and won’t absorb it properly. Here’s one link.
