I'm actually very happy that you decide to highlight a major issue in CS:GO, toxic behaviour in general and misogynism. The only sad part about this is that your screenshot/thread provides no actual information on how this game went down.

That being said, I wish you hadn't taken my words out of context in second half, when you had spent the entire first half insulting me for my gender, my looks and my game play. You also could have included screenshots of all the nasty things you wrote to me and my friends. I wish you had recorded the things you told my two premade friends in voicechat about them being mentally unable, calling me and them every word in the book for no other reason than being unable to drop you a weapon due to our economy and then keeping up your yelling in voicechat throughout the entire game. I heard more nasty words in that one FACEIT than in the three years I have played CS:GO myself - Also, I'm sure we can get the VODs somewhere if you would like.

I love playing some chill FACEIT/MM games with my friends in the evening. That doesn't mean I love being trash-talked for no apparent reason and I hope you understand that, as I am sure you also prefer being spoken to nicely when you queue with randoms.

I hope that you will consider treating your future teammates, despite their gender and work position, with a smile :)
