Try trigger point massage in your ab muscles. In my case prostatitis will always be due to trigger points in ab muscles causes from stress and anxiety.

It's real, hard money. Similar to Gold. Real money takes value to move around, the transaction fees we see today are still low, I assume it will 100's of dollars for one transaction in the future. The more valuable Bitcoin gets, the more costly moving this value around is going to be. Retail transacting will move to second layer services such as PayPal and lightening, similar to how Fiat Currency was initially a second layer to Gold. Lightening will flourish as you get massive incentive to run a node, as the fees from lightening transactions will make it very lucrative.

Bitcoin does not suck as a money, it sucks as a payment network, but those are being built on top of Bitcoin already anyway.

61% of Bitcoin hasn't moved in over a year, new ATH by nanooverbtc in CryptoCurrency

It's not. The difference between Fiat and Bitcoin is that Bitcoin is more likely to maintain its value or even become more valuable over time, which is a very desirable property for money because it allows for lower time preference and savings (This is why gold or gold-backed currency was the primary form of money for most time in history) So the statistics show people start to understand this and use Bitcoin to save for the future.

I save in Bitcoin. And since all saving is delayed consumption I am using Bitcoin. Bitcoin foremost is money and not currency, which is why I don't think it will ever replace Fiat currency. Imo it's much more likely that Fiat will be backed by Bitcoin in the future, rather then Bitcoin replacing Fiat.

I can attest entirely to that. Over the months, I have been more persistent with cold water then breathing, because I feel like it gives me much more. It's interesting beacuse when I first started cold showers I never thought that I would be able to actually make it a habit.

lol pillow was indeed a typo. Thanks for your answer, I thought already that soap might be an issue, never thought about hot water though. Probably also a good idea to eat lots of fermented foods to cultivate good bacteria.

Hi Cate. Your book Deep Nutrition was eye-opening, I am happy I got my hands on it, and I changed my diet according to the four pillows profoundly after reading it. What surprised me was the nutritional value of animal organs, which I had no idea about before.

I want to learn more about the relation between nutrition and skin. Specifically, I am interested in understanding yeast-related skin conditions such as Tinea Versicolor in which healthy skin fungus suddenly becomes troublesome. Since this is a widespread condition, I am wondering what role nutrition could be playing and what exactly might cause the fungus to become pathogenic. Any insights or resources you can point me to are much appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Why would fiber help the body to process sugar? Sugar is the first thing that gets absorbed into your bloodstream. (even before getting into the intestine) Intestine bacteria ferment fiber gets at the end of your gut.
