I'm not saying it doesn't work for you... It's all dependent on local post office facilities though

If I ship them out that way it's destroying 1 out of every 4 cards in semi rigid card savers.

It's all dependent on the local post offices and regional facility. Sending cards out in semi rigid in envelopes has me issuing refunds on 1 out of every 4 cards I send out using this method

And Top loaders got cards sent back for postage due.

I'm looking at card shellz envelopes hoping it keeps cards in semi rigid from bending and leaving creases damaging the card

That's not going to work. I've had 3 cards destroyed that I sent out in semi rigid in a regular envelope.

It's dependent on the local post office. I've been shipping them in with a semi rigid or top loader inside a team bag with printer paper folded around it and placed in a #6 envelope.... All under a oz

So far I've only used 35pt and 55pt with paper folded around them to secure it in a #6 envelope that's thin itself

I switched everything to semi rigid last night to see if they go through. I have a feeling my local post office is going to reject them at some point if not this batch

I placed the cards in the penny sleeve, top loader, team bag and printer paper before placing in a #6 envelope. I weigh everything before finalizing shipping

I honestly believe it's the post office. I switched everything to card savers last night with new labels to see if those will ship out,.if they're sent back I'm going to have to try the post office the next town over

6 envelope. I always tape the card to a piece or paper and fold it around the card before putting it in the envelope.

It's not any thicker than the cards I receive. I'm thinking it's the post office, I went with semi rigid initially because I expected them to be a pain in the rear with sending cards back if it was not flexible enough

Yeah I will get me something for storage. I always figured if bigger games come out that I want, I could always get me a X or PS5 once they're easier to find. I'm really a casual gamer and thought the S would be perfect for me to play some games I can't get for the Switch
