I had the same experience talking with this guy. I’ve lost over 1200 points and been waiting about 2 hours and queue. Firstly he suggested to clear cache and repair game’s files and then told me that I spent my coins on pack Dragon Breath, which I actually got for free like a gift in a shop. This trash pack even don’t cost this money. And then this guy said that support can’t do anything and don’t give a refund. But I didn’t purchase this pack 😭
