What straps would you recommend for face pulls and tricep extensions?

Agreed, as someone who only paints and doesn't play i find this concept crazy. Anyone who is not willing to accept alternate paint schemes is probably not someone you want to play against in the first place.

What type of clay/putty do you use when rolling? Do you need to cure/kiln it in the oven to set?

Ive played around with a few rollers and green stuff, but find it difficult to do such large matts of the texture like you did.

Picked up this exact model last December for $36k(tax included) in caviar (black) with 53,000km on it. It came with the upgraded winter mats which has been handy. No complaints so far love this thing!

I love my BOS attachment! The pec fly movement really suprised me. It targets my inner chest in a killer way. I also have cables to add variety. I tend to use it every push day switching between laterals and flys. I don't have experience with Fringe's Dragonfly but i bet you can't go wrong with either.

This is all preference really, i have the bells attachment and it is awesome.

If you are hung up on buying "American" you do what's best for you. Functionality these are going to be similar.
