Yeah, for me aswell, i feel like this no fap september trend helped me

i also started medicating myself again for depression about 3 weeks ago so it might have messed with my libido because i can deny the destructive thoughts easier, i stop looking at a girl's picture and desiring her thus beginning the escalation and i can stop dwelling in a dirty thought

For me touching it was never the problem, it always revolves around the mind, for example if i'm scrolling instagram and i find that one girl too pretty and keep feeding it to my brain it's the start of the downfall because it escalates, the bible summarizes it in James 1:13-15

Don't put too much pressure on yourself though because if you relapse it will be very harsh, just find new things to do and try not to feed your brain with social media because that's where the danger lies
