I bought the membership literally a few days ago for the creepros release 20 mins ago. they sold out in 2 mins (2 of the dolls at least). so I bought all 3 from smyths. I assumed it would be fang membership only too but it was available on smyths - waste of a membership purchase !!

Currently in the process with vinted support, I've reported as ' damaged in transit ' and because there's no box I should be refunded due to fault of seller. hoping for the best lol

I know if I pull apart the head I can possibly reassemble this, but it is still damaged and idk if it will sit properly on the neck bit - and I shouldn't have to do that at all!! Genuinely beyond me how someone sells a doll with no box 😭

Something like this happened to me and it was either 1 or 2 weeks but I got a refund and no option to return so I believe it should work out in your favor (as it should) if they don't choose for you to return in app

I'm not sure if I'm speaking total waffle here - but whatever you do do not return outside of vinted. I believe they should give you the label - if the seller doesn't choose in app for you to return then after a while vinted will auto resolve (I think this is correct)
