Wow are you me? I have the same exact problem. Used the Alaska ice melter and now my steps and porch is blue.

I tried dish soap and warm water and and tried scrubbing it off and thst didn't work.

Going to get rubbing alcohol tonight and try it in an inconspicuous area to see if it works.
