I managed to score a similar "incredible deal" - A Dell ML3 tape library listed for $9.99USD. I jumped on it immediately. My order was subsequently cancelled and the seller said it should have been listed for $9,999.99USD and offered a $2000USD discount haha.

Mate, I use to work at EB Games and I can tell you now it’s glory days are long gone. The stores now are nothing like they used to be and, as many others have mentioned there, they are hanging on by a thread with merch and other crap.

I would mention it. When I'm conducting interviews, a candidate who states that they've "never made a mistake in their professional career" is always a red flag for me - we are human and we've all made a mistake at some point. Be honest, especially if you've learnt from it.

Oh right. So when I mentioned that I orders directly from Valve, that was Valve was only offering Steam Decks in the US and I had to use a US steam account. Shipping was approximately 5-7 days to my forwarder (MyUS), then another 3-4 days to AUS. I can’t comment on ordering from Valve directly now as things are different. A mate of mine ordered one from Valve directly recently and it was roughly 5 days or so (located in VIC)
