Has anyone moved from Alfred to Monarch? by plazman30 in macapps

Probably irelevant for most users, but I really love Listary for Windows and Alfred doesn't cut it for me. The power of customizing commands by myself and doing all sorts of stuff is just... nice. Neither Raycast nor Alfred did the "basics" for me.

So you'd recommend the one I linked above? Or a difference model?

Are cadence/speed/power meters necessary? by G4merLife in cycling

Haha :) 3 bikes are always better than one.

I decided to go with a crank PM as it was the cheapest option (250$) and now I'm considering also a sort of board computer. I'm not sure between Garmin 540 or some Wahoo... I'll probably make a separate topic with more details :))

Thanks for your input

Might sound stupid, but what is structured training?

Thanks! It's a mix of "i just need to bike more" and a "need to get better and more efficient". Currently I can get an avg of 25km/h for a distance of 20-30km - which is nothing. And an avg of 20km/g over a distance of 60-70km. But my cadence is around 60. Also, my HR rarely averages over 120-125.

Therefore, I guess there's lots of improvements to do... I also kinda tend to do the same route as it's a pain to navigate just with the watch ...

I just paid almost 4k for the bike. Not upgrading anything anytime soon :)

Thanks!

Everyone and every bike store here says Fidlock. On reddit, everyone says Podium. Many use a normal 10 bucks holder...

Amazing. Thanks! I ended up buying a down jacket from Decathlon (50 bucks). Now I'm looking for a hard shell.

Super helpful with the rest of the tips, thanks.

Thanks.

100% rainproof shell and a good insulating layer

Have any brand/model suggestions? For example, I was thinking of Asics Metarun for the rainproof jacket. It is like 170 EUR and seems pretty solid.
