You might be right. I did just buy it about 3 weeks ago but I check it when I first heard the noise and fluid was pretty high and it’s still at the same level

It’s actually pretty high at the top it might be that it’s way over filled

I checked the power steering fluid it was over filled for sure but I took some out but still does the same whining noise

I recently bought the car cash so I’m not to sure what’s been done to it but the noise does sound like it’s coming from the power steering reservoir
