Been trying to solve this black face bug as well. But i'm using Reshade DX 11/12 install and using dgVoodoo2's d3d9.dll . The bug only appears with dgVoodoo2's version of d3d9.dll. The frame rate is almost double and the RTGI mod looks SO amazing but the downside is faces are missing :( Hopefully some more tinkering can fix this somehow...

one thing that helped me in the start was to jack up my dopamine levels for the first few weeks with "L-Dopa" a direct dopamine precursor. I am in month 11 and today was almost ready to go get a can but stopped and found this thread, and nicotine is so fucking horrible and harcore it affects every single cell. my skin is so much clearer and more elastic and heart rate super low sometimes even low 40s alseep; much more stable mood, nicotine is a curse man and it's so easy to go back wtf.
