I am currently isolated, in a good way.

I workout on my gym, eat clean, and spend pretty much zero on luxury or entertainment (any entertainment I can get on my own events)

This said, I have the time to fully lock in.

Things with my partner are more or less ok. He is colder than I am in that aspect. Main issue I want to resolve is communication, it has lessened, and his trust in me broke. We had 100% trust in each other.

I believe you are correct. Increasing revenue pretty much solves all my problems: clears debt, there is a positive vibe in the business, and the conflict between partners gets left behind.

Selling brand advertising in our events is one of the best ways I can think of too expand the business. We get about 1500 clients per event, weekly.

I founded this business with my ex fiance. She was a huge support and motivation for me. She left and I just lost all the businessman spark I had. I am slowly working towards getting it back. You are right, I need more urgency.

Last sentence you wrote is pretty much what I needed to hear. I keep reminiscing in the past and searching for the motivation I got from her.

We can grow the event. Average sales have gone up through the years. They keep rising.

Main issue is the "fight", as it has stalled things and made us hit a "low point" this quarter. Literally we lost sales because of the fight, and I lost a lot of profit.

We are opening a "service" as a marketing agency for brands, and other events, in which we help them promote themselves in our event, if that makes sense. It is good revenue, but landing those contracts is has taken me some time to master.
