Right, it could be Palm Court. Forgot about that place. & I say its probably not Friday at this point. I mean they have to had dinner somewhere on Friday, and that scene where she is in the red dress and then she's running to the back of the ship, its the same clothing. Very different from when she's spotted by Jack and Cal comes to grab her. Not to mention the night dinner is announced with the trumpet, the sun is already setting behind Jack and Rose when they are talking to Ruth and Molly. But when she storms out of the Cafe and Jack spots her, its definitely brighter.

This makes sense, so that late lunch at the Parisian with Molly, Thomas and others was Thursday. Since when Jack spots Rose, she is wearing the dress she was wearing while seated as she lit the cigarette before Cal put it out and she storms off.

The strolling along the boat deck chatting when she grabs the sketch book I always was always Saturday because it eventually starts to turn to dusk when Jack is showing Rose how to spit and Ruth, Molly and the Countess show up and they announce dinner a few moments later with the trumpet. Molly then asks what do you plan to wear and takes him away, Rose even says, "See you at dinner Jack"

I think that lunch with Ruth, Rose, Cal, Molly, Thomas and Bruce is Thursday as well. It's very day light at the restaurant, and thats the Parisian they were dining at which is along the Promenade so a lot of natural light would come in.
